Context & Challenges

With the growth in the number of business customers - particularly very small businesses and SMEs - and increasing demands for autonomy, responsiveness and quality of service, Orange Maroc wanted to digitalize the management of its B2B customers through a dedicated mobile customer space.

The challenge was twofold: to enable business customers to easily manage their lines and services via mobile, while optimizing customer relations thanks to a fluid, fast interface that can be accessed at any time.

Our approach

Mobiblanc supported Orange Maroc in the design, development and deployment of the Orange & Moi Pro application, a B2B mobile solution available on iOS and Android.

The solution includes 

  • A backend connected to Orange IS, via Web APIs
  • A customizable management back-office (multi-language, push notifications, analytics, versioning)
  • A web application (PHP, HTML, VueJS)
  • Native mobile applications (Swift for iOS and Java for Android)
  • A user experience aligned with the Orange world charter
